Senior Finance Transformation Consultant, Management Consulting

They are looking for an experience Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to execute and implement various finance transformation projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a workstream within client engagements - structuring the approach, prioritizing team workflow, and ensuring quality delivery against client goals

• Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for client teams and ensuring alignment between client expectations and engagement delivery

• Lead both Project Management Office (PMO) and Transformation Management Office (TMO) workstreams - ensuring delivery stays on track while driving the broader organizational change that makes transformation stick

• Mentor junior consultants - providing guidance on technical work, client interactions, and professional development

• Design strategies and blueprints that apply digital tools, including AI, to improve operations and refine core processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report, treasury, financial planning & analysis)

• Lead the evaluation of Cloud ERP solutions for clients and drive the adoption of best practices across engagements

• Take a lead role in new business proposals, contributing to practice growth and business development initiatives

• Support business development by helping shape proposal content, identify follow on opportunities, and develop reusable practice knowledge

• Stay current on regulations, trends, and technologies shaping digital finance, analytics, and the CFO agenda - bringing forward-looking perspective to client engagements

Job Requirements

• Relevant years of finance, accounting, auditing or management consulting experience

• Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or small teams within client engagements

• Experience in Digital Finance and ERP platform implementations: CFO Analytics, SAP S/4HANA, Blockchain, and/or Robotics Process Automation

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or in a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• CPA is a plus

• Business-level English proficiency, Japanese speaking is a plus
