Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology/Internal)

Senior IT Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for technical and IT positions across the organization. This role is responsible for partnering with hiring managers, developing effective sourcing strategies, managing the candidate lifecycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner closely with multinational hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from needs analysis and sourcing strategy through to offer management and employment contracts.

• Create and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.

• Proactively source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.

• Conduct HR interviews and deliver high-quality candidate assessments to identify the best-fit talent.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.

• Track recruitment KPIs, analyze hiring performance, and drive continuous process improvements.

• Coordinate and support successful onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Job Requirements

• Extensive years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a focus on internal recruitment in IT/Tech sectors

• Strong experience leading global recruitment initiatives

• Proven ability to develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies

• Proficient in English
