Business Advisory Consultant

ALTIOS is seeking a motivated and analytical Business Advisory Consultant to join the team in Bangkok. The successful candidate will support international clients in their investment and expansion projects across Southeast Asia, contributing to market studies, investment projects, corporate development initiatives, and M&A assignments.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of industries and international projects, requiring strong analytical capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- The Business Advisory Consultant will be responsible for supporting and executing client engagements, including:

- Conducting market research, industry analysis, and business intelligence gathering.

- Supporting market entry, site selection, and greenfield and brownfield investment projects in Thailand.

- Assisting in M&A assignments, including target screening, company profiling, long-list and short-list development, and outreach to potential targets.

- Supporting due diligence and business assessment projects.

- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, proposals, and client deliverables.

- Participating in meetings with clients, partners, government agencies, and industry stakeholders.

- Coordinating with ALTIOS teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas to ensure successful project delivery.

- Maintaining project documentation and ensuring the timely completion of project milestones.

- Supporting the continuous development of ALTIOS' advisory methodologies and knowledge base.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, Strategy, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is an advantage but not required.

- 3–5 years of professional experience in consulting, corporate advisory, market research, corporate finance, business development, strategy, investment promotion, or a related field.

- Prior experience in an international consulting firm, professional services firm, investment advisory firm, or multinational company would be highly valued.

- Exposure to Southeast Asian markets is an advantage.

Language Requirements

- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

- Additional Asian or European language skills would be considered an asset.
