Project Manager (Japanese Speaking) System Integration

Our respected client specializes in delivering end-to-end digital transformation solutions, supporting enterprise clients across infrastructure, enterprise applications, and industrial technology platforms.

The Project Manager (Japanese Speaking) will lead system integration projects for Japanese clients. The role involves managing pre-sales activities, ERP implementation, make-to-order application development, and IT infrastructure projects while ensuring smooth coordination between Japanese stakeholders and Thai project teams.

• Lead system integration projects (ERP, make-to-order applications, IT infrastructure) for Japanese companies

• Conduct pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, cost estimation, and proposal development

• Liaise with Japanese client management and oversee Thai project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Job Requirements

• Japanese-speaking professional with proven experience implementing IT systems such as ERP and production control systems across manufacturing and related industries

• Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders

• Experience working on international projects and within multicultural environments is a plus

• Deep understanding of business processes, particularly in manufacturing operations

• Prior experience working for IT vendor companies is highly valued
