We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator , reporting directly to the Department Manager, Administration and Services , to join our team based in Chonburi .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Site Director and site management team.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and related logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and administrative documentation.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts, and coordinate invoice processing.
Support reimbursements, travel claims, employee benefits administration, and budget tracking activities.
Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and site administration requirements.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth site operations.
Organize meetings, visitor arrangements, company events, and internal activities.
Coordinate communication, document distribution, and follow-up of action items across project teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in administration, site administration, office management, or operational support roles.
Experience in construction, project site, manufacturing, or industrial environments is preferred.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
