As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer growth and cloud adoption in Thailand. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support them in finding the right cloud solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and develop new customer opportunities for Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) services.
• Conduct outbound customer outreach to generate interest and qualify opportunities.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, from lead generation through to successful closure.
• Develop customer-focused proposals and solutions that address business needs.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within internal systems and CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve shared business goals.
