Senior Account Manager

Job Description
- Manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT, Cloud, Security, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Prepare proposals and quotations while coordinating with Presales, Delivery, Vendors, and Partners.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or CRM.
- Experience selling IT solutions, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Software, or Managed Services is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Digital Transformation.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills; good English is required.
