Head of CLM and Export

The Head of Sales, CLM and Export is responsible for managing the external export business by developing the business plan for the budget year and the 5-year strategic review. The role is accountable for achieving the annual budget in terms of sales, revenue and contribution, while also leading and developing the team to support both business growth and individual growth. Working closely with customers, distribution partner and internal business units, this role drives market competitiveness, strengthens business partnerships and ensures effective execution of sales and market strategies across the assigned export markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and market performance to achieve annual sales budget and market share targets.

• Optimize contribution margins through effective volume, price and category management across distribution, project sales and modern trade.

• Use market intelligence to strengthen competitiveness, maintain market leadership and identify new business opportunities.

• Build strong networks with key customers, influencers, SCGI, internal business units and other relevant stakeholders.

• Develop strategic plans for key countries and translate them into clear action plans.

• Set annual sales, marketing and SG&A budgets with proper tracking methodology.

• Prepare monthly reports, management reports and contingency plans based on business conditions.

• Work with Trade Marketing to develop programs that improve competitiveness and customer loyalty.

• Collaborate with Marketing Communication to strengthen brand awareness and deliver key messages through effective channels.

• Manage team resources in line with business direction.

• Lead and motivate the team in alignment with company values.

• Develop team capability, strengthen core competencies and support individual development plans.  

Job Qualifications:

• Business or Marketing degree. Engineering or architectural degree are advantageous.

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, commercial sense and communication skills.

• Well planning, problem solving and interpersonal skills are preferred.

• Good at Microsoft office and able to learn new IT programs.

• Fluent in Thai and English communication. Other language is supplementary.

• Take new challenges with initiatives and execution.

Experience:

• Experience in sales leadership, export business and market management across export countries, with ability to drive commercial performance and business growth.

• Experience in business plan development, budgeting, strategic review, team leadership, and working effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
