รายละเอียดงาน
1.จัดทำแนวทาง สนับสนุน และติดตามการทำ Competency เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาพนักงาน
2.จัดทำแนวทาง สนับสนุน และติดตามการทำ JD รวมถึงปรับปรุงข้อมูลอยู่เสมอ
3.จัดทำแนวทาง สนับสนุน และติดตามการทำ Career Path เพื่อสร้างแนวทางในการพัฒนาศักยภาพของพนักงาน
4.จัดทำแนวทาง สนับสนุน และติดตามการทำ IDP เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะ และศักยภาพของพนักงาน
5.จัดทำแนวทาง สนับสนุน และติดตามการทำ Succession Plan เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของพนักงานให้สอดคล้องกับการเติบโตขององค์กร
6.จัดทำแนวทาง สนับสนุน และติดตามการทำ Talent management เพื่อจูงใจ และรักษาพนักงานที่มีศักยภาพ
7. วิเคราห์ สนับสนุน ให้ข้อแนะนำ การจัดทำ และรวบรวม Organization Chart ของแต่ละ BU
8.จัดทำแนวทาง และขับเคลื่อนการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
9. จัดทำแนวทางการสร้าง Employee Engagement และขับเคลื่อนให้เกิด Employee Engagement
10. รวบรวม และสรุป Emloyee Servey
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ(ปี) : 35 - 45 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขา : การพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การบริหารธุรกิจ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ : ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา อย่างน้อย 10 ปีและมีประสบการณ์ระดับผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี หรือ ระดับหัวหน้างานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการพัฒนาบุคลากร การบริหาร Talent การจัดทำ Career Path, IDP และ Succession Plan
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจการจัดทำ Competency และ JD
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ และแนะนำการจัดทำ Organization Chart
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสร้าง Employee Engagement
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดทำ Employee Servey
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร และการประสานงานที่ดี
