Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development teams to gather user requirements and oversee development processes.
• Support the design, coding, and testing phases of technical solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation for business requirements, test cases, and workflows, including system configuration as an application admin.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of standard systems development life cycle processes and effectively apply our methodology in client projects.
• Perform detailed business process analyses to identify areas for improvement, including inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or project management.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development and database inquiry (SQL).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 750 or higher).
• Flexibility, creativity, and a solid understanding of emerging technologies to develop effective business solutions.
