This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center . It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant : The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center : The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

1. Take a lead on MAE's problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor.
2. Provide MAE's technical details & issue MAE's standard document for Maintenance work.
3. Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for equipment and machines.
4. Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement.
5. Support the cost reduction activity by providing innovative ideas that related to mechanical topics.
6. Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician.
7. Control & monitoring MTTR, MTBF KPI to achived the target, epecially in Mechanical topics.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or master's degree in mechanical engineer.
2. Proficient in English communication.
3. Above 5 years experience in machinery maintenance.
4. Have strong experience in solving the mechanical problem of machine or improving machine design.
5. Have deep knowledge and skill in machine alignment concept.
6. Have deep understanding in MAE's drawing & Electric/ Hydraulic / Pneumatic diagram.
