Brand Manager (Product Soy Milk)

รายละเอียดงาน
-สร้างและพัฒนากลยุทธ์แบรนด์ให้ชัดเจน ทั้งด้านภาพลักษณ์ ตำแหน่งทางการตลาด และกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
-วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดเครื่องดื่ม พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค และคู่แข่ง เพื่อวางแผนการตลาดเชิงรุก
-พัฒนาแผนการตลาดและกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย
-จัดทำแผนการตลาดรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน (Annual Marketing Plan) และแคมเปญโปรโมชัน
-ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายเทรดมาร์เก็ตติ้ง เพื่อสนับสนุนยอดขายและการกระจายสินค้า
-วางแผนสื่อทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ เพื่อสร้าง Brand Awareness และกระตุ้นยอดขาย
-จัดการงบประมาณการตลาดให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
-ติดตามผลลัพธ์ของกิจกรรมการตลาด และวัดผล KPI อย่างเป็นระบบ
-ดูแลการออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ ฉลาก และสื่อโฆษณาให้สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์แบรนด์
-บริหารทีมและพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ
-ทำงานร่วมกับเอเจนซี่โฆษณา, PR, Influencer, และทีมภายในองค์กร
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย/หญิง
- อายุ 27 ปีขึ้นไป
- ฒิ ป.ตรีทุกสาขาการตลาดและอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารแบรนด์สินค้า ประเภทเครื่องดื่ม (Beverage / FMCG) อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- มีทักษะการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตลาด และการนำเสนอได้ดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษที่ดี
