Product Manager (Coronary Angiography & Angioplasty Product)

As a  Product Manager at B. Braun, you will play a vital role in strategy development and its implementation for coronary angiography and angioplasty product. You must develop and recommend specific marketing objectives and forecasts for products sold, and manage the execution of authorized marketing plans to achieve or exceed planned sales volume and profit margins.

Your key responsibilities: 

• Conduct market research, analyze financial and demographic trends, and evaluate the feasibility of new products to identify growth opportunities. Collect market feedback through regular field visits and maintain close contact with HQ and regional marketing teams.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, establish product positioning and pricing strategies, and coordinate inventory planning with Supply Chain Management to meet product objectives.
• Initiate market research projects, assess technical feasibility and market size for new products, and make recommendations for implementation. Ensure alignment with global product launch plans.
• Develop promotional materials and activities, organize educational events (seminars, workshops), and ensure all marketing activities comply with codes of conduct. Manage product life cycles and incorporate global strategies into local execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitals, customers, and strategic partners. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet product objectives and improve sales performance.
• Provide training and updated scientific information to sales teams and customers. Support sales, marketing, and customer service for both new and existing products while monitoring market activities with Power BI and Salesforce.
• Prepare and submit monthly travel plans and activity reports. Use Power BI and Salesforce to analyze market data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements for product functionality and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry developments by collaborating with medical societies and health organizations. Actively participate in training programs and company-organized events to enhance knowledge and skills.

What you will bring to the team: 

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in Medical Science/Health Science. Master's degree in business administration is a plus.

• Minimum 2-4 years of marketing experience in Coronary Angioplasty/ Cardiology field

• Knowledge of healthcare business, healthcare organization and funding sources, business planning and budgeting cost estimation

• Good presentation and communication in English
