Account Manager

• Develop sales strategy and set individual/team targets aligned with the company's overall revenue goals.
• Manage relationships with key corporate accounts; negotiate contract terms and pricing.
• Analyze sales gaps and propose corrective action plans to meet quarterly targets.
• Coach and mentor Account Executives to help them achieve their sales targets.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- • 4–7 years of experience in sales or key account management within the IT Staffing/Outsourcing industry.
- • Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
- • Strong analytical skills for sales data and strategic presentations.
