รายละเอียดงาน

1. Gathering product quality information & Summary report
2. Make a Warranty Claim to Manufacture in oversea.
3. Follow up and manage after sale's documents such as warranty claim report/Payment and service campaign.
4. Technical issue communication with dealer, supplier in Thai, Japan, India, China and Indonesia, and sometimes end user
5. Handle Quality improvement task for local Supplier.
6. CSI ( Customer satisfaction Index ) customer telephone survey periodically.
7. Other task as assigned by Department Manager.

ประสบการณ์ / คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

1. เพศ ชาย-หญิง สัญชาติไทยเท่านั้น
2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (สาขาใดก็ได้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเครื่องกล ยานยนต์ การเกษตร)หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านสายงานบริการหลังการขาย หรือมีประสบการณ์บริการให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับเครื่องยนต์ เครื่องจักรกล การพิจารณาการเคลมเครื่องยนต์/การเคลมสินไหมต่างๆ
4. หากไม่ได้จบสาขาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับด้านช่างเทคนิค ทางเราพิจารณาผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การ การทำงานด้านบริการหลังการขายเกี่ยวกับเครื่องยนต์ เครื่องจักรกล มีประสบการณ์พิจารณาการเคลม / การซ่อมเครื่องยนต์ เช่นกัน
