The Job:

As a Senior Project Manager youll be part of our Packaging team. Youll get to:

Lead the delivery of packaging and manuals changes across multiple plants distribution centers and suppliers within the company network.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including packaging engineers graphic designers technical writers documentation specialists inventory managers and supply planners to coordinate inventory burn down with delivery of new production print materials.
Partner with documentation specialists packaging engineers and distribution center and commercial leads to coordinate packaging bill of materials changes.
Use complex project trackers in Microsoft Excel to track overall project status and provide real-time status updates across all in-scope production deliverables. Provide high-level progress reports leveraging simplified dashboards.
Maintain open communication with project owners and project team and raise any project-related concerns without delay.
Motivate and drive the team to execute to schedule.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

The Person:

Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as project management engineering or business administration.
At least 8 years of project management experience in a complex manufacturing environment including experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating production print materials changes.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Proficiency in project management tools and software particularly Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and drive results through influence rather than direct authority.
