Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibility:

• Conduct daily morning meeting (8.00 AM – 8.10 AM) with team members to update and follow up production schedule to ensure SRO WIPs are finished within requested target dates

• Prioritize workload for the team to meet target deadlines

• Manage/monitor team performance measures (Labor Hours and Target Date) against standard time and standard working days, including visual controls and provide regular progress reports to manager

• Coordinate with other teams when support is needed (Such as material, routings, repair packages, machine/equipment repair and maintenance, etc.)

• Lead team members to identify, manage, and execute the process improvement opportunities

• Lead team to attain production, quality and delivery goals

• Solve day to day production issues and report to manager when support is needed.

• Identify problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolve issues

• Ensure production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules

• Support continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, delivery and cost

• Use Lean Production methods to continuously improve safety, efficiency, quality, output, turnaround time and on time delivery

• Provide team coaching, training and development of staff within the assigned team

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations through maintaining / enforcing the facility safety rules / guidelines

Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Vocational Diploma with minimum of 7 years’ experience in MRO business

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on skills – Composite and Metallic bonding

• Ability to coordinate and work well closely with Operations Team Leaders & design engineers, and/ or other departments and individuals within the organization

Other Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills, 4 years’ experience in leadership role

• Experienced in Lean Production methods

• Good in spoken, written English (TOEIC see below)

• Ability to work for prolonged period of time and work weekends

Benefits

Salary range: 40,000 – 90,000 THB
