Lead the continuous improvement initiatives by identifying payroll process gaps, proposing enhancements, and assisting in implementation to increase accuracy and efficiency.
Perform daily payroll data validation, including abnormal attendance (standard and flexible schemes), benefits claims, social security entitlements, reimbursements, provident fund contributions, hardship allowances, and shift pattern changes.
Maintain and update employee movement records with accurate income calculations on a daily basis.
Upload and validate adjusted time, attendance data, and shift pattern changes into the HRMS system.
Ensure payroll processing and payment calculations are accurate and compliant with internal policies and local labor laws.
Review and verify the appropriate taxation treatment for employer-paid benefits.
Reconcile payroll data at month-end to ensure accuracy prior to reporting.
Prepare payroll-related reports for accounting and finance teams to support payment reviews and approvals.
Manage and maintain employee loan data for the assigned business unit.
Support ad hoc payroll-related queries and provide timely month-end financial and operational reporting.
Oversee the management and organization of employee documents within the scope of responsibility.

We love that you are…

Bachelor’s degree or higher or related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll operations
Proficiency in HRMS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
Strong attention to detail – Ensures high accuracy in payroll calculations, tax processing, and data validation
Integrity and professionalism – Maintain strict confidentiality and exercises sound judgment in handling sensitive information
Open mindset – Welcomes feedback and is adaptable to new processes, systems, and work styles
Growth mindset – Continuously seeks to improve processes and expand expertise in payroll and compliance
Problem-solving ability – Able to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement practical solutions
