The Procurement Specialist, Exam Gloves is a category-facing analytical and stakeholder management role supporting the Exam Gloves category. Working in close partnership with the Purchasing Manager, this role owns category analytics, market and commodity intelligence, and supplier performance analysis that directly inform sourcing decisions, negotiation strategy, and category planning.
The position requires strong analytical capability combined with the ability to manage relationships and influence across a broad set of internal stakeholders, including Quality Assurance, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance – as well as with suppliers. By translating market, cost, and supplier data into clear, actionable recommendations, this role enables the Purchasing Manager to focus on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, category strategy, and cost savings initiatives, while building the category knowledge and stakeholder management experience needed to progress toward a Category Manager role.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5 to 7 years of procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, procurement analytics, or market intelligence experience.
• Demonstrated experience translating commodity market data, supplier intelligence, and industry trends into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience preparing analysis that supports category strategy, negotiation planning, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Experience working with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, ETQ, Ariba, and Power BI preferred.
• Experience supporting category management, sourcing, or procurement functions in a manufacturing, medical device, healthcare, consumer products, or industrial environment preferred.
• Able to work in Malaysia
