What You'll Drive

Territory Sales Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement robust sales strategies tailored to local market dynamics, with a focus on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and hitting ambitious targets.
Sales Force Optimization – Lead, coach, and performance-manage branch sales teams to ensure consistent productivity, pipeline velocity, and conversion results.
Growth Acceleration Initiatives – Identify high-potential growth zones and aggressively activate campaigns, school partnerships, and local events to maximize lead generation and customer acquisition.
Data-Driven Sales Management – Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activity to proactively adjust tactics and unlock new growth opportunities.
Strategic Relationship Building – Forge and deepen partnerships with key schools, institutions, and local influencers to expand brand presence and create high-impact engagement channels.
Field Intelligence & Market Insights – Conduct in-depth market and field research to uncover barriers, trends, and whitespace opportunities; translate insights into actionable strategies.
Incentive Design & Target Setting – Drive accountability through the creation of incentive frameworks and performance dashboards to align branch outcomes with regional goals.
Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans at the area level.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with regional or field sales responsibilities.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Proven success in exceeding sales targets and building high-performance teams.
Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive mindset.
Willingness to travel and work across provinces as required.
Flexible availability to work on weekends (Saturday–Sunday) depending on operational needs
