Company: Thai-based manufacturer of beverage ingredients seeks a results-oriented Regional Sales Director ASEAN to spearhead our expansion into the Asian market. You'll be working in an international environment and company with more than 70 years of experience with market-leading products used worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and exceeding sales targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry across the region.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at major beverage companies in ASEAN.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with new and existing clients, manufacturers, and distributors.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs and competitors' activity
Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue growth.
Manage and oversee sales forecasting and budgeting processes
Manage and mentor sales team members, providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, R&D, and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the B2B beverage industry, preferably with a focus on ingredients and raw materials for the food and beverage markets.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies for new market expansion.
Strong understanding of the Asian beverage market.
Extensive network of contacts within the beverage industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English and Thai, with additional language skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel extensively, mainly, but not only, in Asia
