• Compile, produce, and distribute reports and documents as required.
• Store documents in the designated MED
• Store and control data files in the computer system as required.
• PR (Purchase Request) from EBD system in order to purchase equipment, machinery and other equipment within the agency.
• Coordinate with assigned by MED and related parties.
• Take care of material disbursement office equipment or related supplies.

- High Vocational/bachelor’s degree in Secretary related field
- Require experience on automotive business or related field 2 years minimum
- Basic knowledge about ISO and UDPS
- Fair of spoken and written English
- Good personality, good interpersonal skills.
- Good Service mind and growth mindset.
- Computer literacy.
