- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field
- Minimum of 10 years with a focus on factory construction projects
- Previous experience working with Japanese companies is highly desirable
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred
- Strong expertise in MEP design, with extensive experience in diverse factory projects
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS-Project, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, BIM)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and contract documents
