REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum bachelor's degree (business management, economy)
3-5 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge in accounting and finance
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in English & Thai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all accounting transactions.
Manage accounting day to day operations and ensure accounting transactions are properly maintained. (including incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, inventory calculations, etc.)
Coordinate with an outsourced local accounting team to ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, tax regulations, local GAAP, and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.
Processing and recording accounting documents in a timely manner (including incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, inventory calculations, etc.)
Ensure timely bank payments
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable and receivables collection
Preparing monthly financial reports, developing and/or utilizing spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications to ensure accounting transactions are accurate and deploy relevant management reporting /accounting packages.
Handling retail activities and finance operational control; take role by working with cross functional teams on preparation and execution of Reporting Changes, restatement activities and business changes.
Preparing reports according to the needs of the management of the company
Harmonization and implementation of internal procedures and processes with local regulation
Participating in various ad hoc projects
Daily communication with accounting office; assisting accounting office in preparation of monthly and yearly regulatory reports
Contact and cooperation with external institutions, including Tax Office, Auditors
Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
Proactive reporting of outcomes and goals achieved
Daily communication with team members in other departments and other offices and providing support if needed
Drive simplification and efficiencies in accounting and finance processes, levering technology to automate key tasks.
All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements
