- To maintain the Executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.
- To coordinate on travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims, etc.
- To prepare and screen the documents to get approval
- To answer phone calls and assign work to related departments, as well as to follow up those tasks
- To get involved, communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing. Service, IT in order to deliver messages from VP and MD

ประสบการณ์ / คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

ー JLPT N1 and above

ー Female

- Thai nationality, Female, not over 32 years old ( New graduate is welcome )
- Bachelor's degree in Arts Japanese or related field
- Active, enthusiastic personality; ability to handle urgent and complex tasks with Executive Level of the company
- Ability to take fast and effective action for assignment
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English

- Secretary experience with Japanese company
- Able to communication in Japanese (JLPT N1)
