Director of Operations

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Fico Corporation . The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Description:

-Provide overall leadership and direction across all operational functions, including Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

-Drive business performance by optimizing costs, enhancing productivity, and ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.

-Develop and execute operational strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and elevate service standards.

-Build and lead a high-performing leadership team through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

-Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, brand standards, and all applicable local laws and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

-Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

-Strong operational background in Rooms Division and/or Food & Beverage, with full understanding of end-to-end hotel operations.

-High level of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced environment.

-Results-driven, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
