Job Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support for daily financial operations, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
• Issuing invoices and managing cash collection to support financial operations.
• Handling loan, treasury, and investment document management to maintain accurate records.
• Processing payment transactions and entering finance-related data into the SAP system.
• Supporting financial research and data analysis for business forecasting, budget planning, business plans, risk assessments, and litigation analysis.
• Maintaining up-to-date financial records and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with recent transactions.
• Ensuring the efficient preparation and management of operational financial data.
• Liaising with financial institutions, both onshore and offshore, for financial transactions and related matters.
• Coordinating with the Audit Team to facilitate periodic finance audits and recommend process improvements.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, financial institutions, government agencies, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in finance operation, credit administration and services, facility or agent service (New graduate who is high - potential and seeking for job challenging is also welcome).
• Experience in banking or corporate finance function in any companies.
• Experience in power generation, renewable energy, hydropower, gas and infrastructure & utilities would be an advantage.
• Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
