หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. บันทึกรายการบัญชีและเอกสารทางการเงินเข้าระบบ PEAK อย่างถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
2. ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation) ประจำเดือน
3. จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานลูกหนี้ เจ้าหนี้ และเงินสดย่อย
4. จัดเตรียมและยื่นภาษีประจำเดือน ได้แก่ ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.1, ภ.ง.ด.3 และ ภ.ง.ด.53
5. ติดตามและจัดเก็บหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย
6. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารทางบัญชี
7. จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินเบื้องต้น รายงานกระแสเงินสด และรายงานสนับสนุนผู้บริหาร
8. ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือนและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับการปิดงบการเงินประจำปี
9. ประสานงานกับสำนักงานบัญชี ผู้สอบบัญชี และหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
10. ควบคุมระบบเอกสารบัญชีและการเงินของบริษัทให้เป็นระเบียบและตรวจสอบได้
คุณสมบัติพิเศษที่บริษัทต้องการ
● เคยทำงานสำนักงานบัญชีหรือธุรกิจบริการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
● สามารถจัดระบบเอกสารและปรับปรุง Workflow งานบัญชีได้
● สามารถทำงานเชิงรุกและแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง
● สามารถจัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อเสนอผู้บริหารได้
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงินอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- สามารถยื่นภาษี ภ.พ.30, ภ.ง.ด.1, ภ.ง.ด.3 และ ภ.ง.ด.53 ได้
- สามารถกระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคารและบัญชีแยกประเภทได้
- สามารถจัดทำงบทดลอง (Trial Balance) และปิดบัญชีรายเดือนได้
- ใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ได้ดี
- หากเคยใช้โปรแกรม PEAK, Express หรือโปรแกรมบัญชีอื่น จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และรับผิดชอบสูง
