รายละเอียดงาน
-บันทึกรายการบัญชีประจำวันให้ถูกต้องและครบถ้วน
-ดูแลงานเจ้าหนี้ (AP) และลูกหนี้ (AR)
-จัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และเอกสารทางบัญชีต่าง ๆ
-กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคารและตรวจสอบรายการทางการเงิน
-จัดทำเอกสารภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และสนับสนุนงานด้านภาษี
-จัดเก็บและดูแลเอกสารทางบัญชีอย่างเป็นระบบ
-สนับสนุนงานปิดงบประจำเดือนและประจำปี
-ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน รวมถึงผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีและหน่วยงานภายนอก
-จัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีและการเงินตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
-ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- อึด ถึก ทน ขยัน
- มีความชำนาญใน Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel)
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้เเรวกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ กรณีปิดงบ
- ยินดีรับเด็กจบใหม่ (มีประสบการณ์พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และจัดการงานได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
