Junior Data Specialist - Thai - Bangkok

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for new graduates with a strong interest in data analysis, automation, and AI technology, offering hands-on exposure to real-world data workflows and AI-driven operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Position: Junior Data Specialist

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)

Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, clean, and prepare datasets from internal and external sources to support business and AI initiatives.

• Perform basic data analysis and produce clear summaries, insights, and reports.

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and monitoring automation workflows using tools such as n8n, APIs, or similar platforms.

• Support data integration between databases, automation workflows, and AI systems.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of automated outputs.

• Document data processes, automation workflows, and technical steps for internal reference.

• Support senior team members in project execution and implementation.

• Assist in building, testing, and optimizing AI agents based on business requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Thai and English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of SQL and Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI, data, and automation tools.

• High attention to detail with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

• Ability to read and communicate in English for technical materials and internal collaboration.

• Availability to work onsite in Bangkok.
