Position: Junior Accountant
Salary: THB 18,000 per month
Department: Accounting & Tax
Reporting To: Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our accounting and tax operations, with a primary focus on foreign clients. The successful candidate will assist in monthly bookkeeping, tax compliance, financial reporting, and other accounting-related tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit monthly tax filings, including: PND 01, PND 03, PND 53, PND 54, PP30, PP36 & Social Security (SSO) filings.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping for foreign clients using accounting software such as FlowAccount and Odoo.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for assigned clients.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure supporting documentation is complete and organized.
- Assist in reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger balances.
- Coordinate with foreign clients to obtain accounting documents and clarify financial information when required.
- Support year-end closing, audit preparation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Assist with tax calculations and ensure compliance with Thai accounting and tax regulations.
Handle ad hoc accounting, taxation, and administrative tasks assigned by the Associate Director- Accounting & Tax
- Keep client information confidential and maintain high professional standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
2. 0–2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
3. Basic understanding of Thai accounting standards and taxation.
4. Familiarity with accounting software such as FlowAccount, Odoo, or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
5. Good command of written and spoken English to communicate with foreign clients along with Thai Native speaking.
6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
