Telesales – Sales Enterprise 1

Responsibilities

• Achievement of individual and group sales quotas: To handle sales inquiries over the telephone, for IT products, and update customers on current promos.
• Order processing: Ensuring that customers’ orders are processed and delivered to customers on a timely basis.
• Active accounts: Maintain a set number of active reseller accounts
• Phone calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure sales closure.
• Active markets: sell the Company’s range of products to the reseller base
• Track all sales calls, analyze sales activities, and provide feedback on market competition, pricing, etc.
• Work and communicate closely with the outdoor Sales & Product team on daily sales activity and progress
• Prepare quotations to resellers and handle specific stock requests for customers’ requirements
• Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries
• To prepare daily call report, and feedback & pass down reseller needs to Product Team

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline
• At least 2-3 years experience as an Inside Sales/Telesales/Sales Coordinator or other related sales/customer service field.
• Sound knowledge and passion for IT industry/ products/ solutions an added advantage
• Work experiences or knowledge related to B2B, digital, IT, telecommunication, and technology is preferable
• Passion to work in the technology industry
• Good Service mind and communication skills with both internal and external customers
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proactive and target oriented
• Good command of English both in writing and speaking
• Computer literacy: MS Offices
