The team you will be part of

The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. From media planning to real-time optimization and analytics on Meta, Google & Programmatic, the team partners closely with clients to unlock the full potential of eCommerce marketing—turning insights into action, and clicks into conversions.

The part you will play

We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Marketing Solutions Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is passionate about digital marketing and e-commerce.

As a Junior Performance Marketing Executive, you will take charge of 

• Support the account team in managing assigned client accounts and day-to-day communications.
• Assist in developing media plans based on client objectives, budgets, and campaign goals.
• Work closely with campaign execution teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and optimized toward KPIs.
• Support the optimization of digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce and media platforms, including Shopee and Lazada.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and campaign performance reports for clients.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Brand Management, Creative, and Operations, to support campaign execution.
• Help monitor campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and media planning.
• Willing to learn, take ownership, and continuously develop new skills.
• Hard-working, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting performance data.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee, or Lazada is a plus but not required.
