Administration, Legal & Compliance (6-month contract)

Working Location: Empire Tower (100% onsite, accessible via BTS Chong Nonsi)
Role Summary
We are seeking a temporary contract-based staff member to support the Legal & Compliance team on day-to-day operational and administrative matters, particularly in relation to handling and processing documents and requests from authorities.
The role will help coordinate documentation, maintain records, liaise internally with relevant teams, and support overall case tracking and operational follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, review, logging, and tracking of documents and requests from authorities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information and supporting documents
- Prepare and organize documents for internal review and submission
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and filing systems relating to legal and compliance matters
- Support follow-up communications with relevant teams to ensure timely responses
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks within the Legal & Compliance function
- Support preparation of reports, summaries, and presentation materials where required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience in legal admin, compliance support, operations, or similar roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
- Thai language proficiency required; basic English communication skills preferred
