Project Coordinator (6 months contract renewable)

CP Axtra's Business Operations team is looking for a motivated and organized individual to support ongoing business initiatives and projects. This is a great opportunity to hands-on experience, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Coordinate day-to-day operations with internal teams and external partners 

• Follow up on tasks, issues, and action items to ensure timely resolution 

• Monitor operational performance and identify potential issues or gaps 

• Coordinate with stakeholders to solve problems and keep operations running smoothly 

• Maintain operational data, reports, and key information accurately 

• Prepare updates and summaries for the team and management 

• Support process improvements and ad-hoc business projects 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Fresh graduates are welcome) 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate 

• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills 

• Proactive, responsible, and able to work with multiple stakeholders 

• Basic knowledge of Excel and Data Management

• Good command of English
