Discover the Role

The Corporate Lawyer reports directly to the Legal Director. Responsibilities include legal works on corporate law, investment law, labour law, and other fields of law.

Key Responsibilities

- Preparation for board and shareholders meetings, application forms and relevant supporting documents for registration with the government authorities

- Preparation of the corporate documents to comply with the laws and regulations

- Assisting with annual meeting of stockholders, completing annual filings for subsidiaries

- Liaising with clients and government authorities etc.,

- Maintaining minute books and corporate documents of the clients

- Assist team in carrying out responsibilities.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Law;

- 0-2 years of experience in legal services, or law firm;

- Basic knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects;

- Good command of written and spoken English;

- Interested in corporate field preferably with an international firm

- Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients

- Good time management skills.
