Sales & Marketing Manager

Our client is the one of leading distributor chemical and raw material both in the food industry and animal feed including supplement material and other general chemicals, founded more than two decades ago.

Position: Sales & Marketing Manager (Food additives)

Overview:

· We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, and expand our product portfolio. In this role, you will manage high-performing accounts, develop strategic pricing, and pioneer new product opportunities within the food ingredients and supplements sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Account Management: Oversee sales performance for assigned customer accounts. Retain and grow existing business while actively identifying and converting new sales opportunities.

· Team Management & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team. Set clear individual targets, provide strategic coaching, and closely monitor pipelines, customer visits, and follow-up activities.

· Pricing & Positioning: Analyze product costs, market competition, and customer segments to establish profitable and competitive initial selling prices for assigned product categories.

· Sales & Product Strategy: Formulate and execute robust sales strategies for both established key products and upcoming new product launches.

· New Product Development: Identify and engage new suppliers to expand the company’s portfolio. Partner with the Sourcing team and spearhead new product development projects driven by customer requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science and Technology or a related field is highly preferred.

· Proven track record in sales & marketing experience in the Food Ingredients, Additives, or Supplements industry.

· Good command of English language communication
