Commercial Development Program

We are seeking ambitious early-career professionals to join our Commercial Development Program, a structured pathway designed to develop future commercial talent across our Agri, Food, and Packaging businesses.

This 12-18 month program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business, customer value chain, and commercial operations. The program begins with immersive rotations in Operations and Trade Finance, where participants will gain hands-on experience in supply chain execution, risk management, customer fulfilment, and commercial support activities. These foundational experiences are designed to build strong business, financial, and problem-solving capabilities that will support long-term success in customer-facing roles.

As the program progresses, participants will gain exposure to commercial activities including sales support, account management, business development, market analysis, and customer engagement. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into commercial roles supporting business growth and customer success across our Agri, Food, and Packaging portfolios.

Scope of Work

The Commercial Development Program Associate will participate in a structured rotational program designed to build the operational, trade, and commercial capabilities required for a successful career in commercial management.

The role will initially be embedded within Operations and Trade Finance teams to develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end business process, including supply chain operations, contract execution, logistics, customer fulfilment, trade documentation, and risk management. Through hands-on experience and cross-functional

collaboration, participants will develop the practical skills and commercial acumen needed to understand customer challenges and deliver value-added solutions.

Over the course of the program, associates will progressively transition into commercial activities, gaining exposure to customer relationship management, sales processes, business development initiatives, and market dynamics. Participants will work on strategic projects, support commercial decision-making, and contribute to business growth opportunities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete structured rotations across Operations, Trade Finance, and Commercial functions.
• Develop a strong understanding of supply chain operations, trade execution processes, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
• Support contract execution, logistics coordination, inventory management, and customer fulfilment activities.
• Gain exposure to trade finance activities, including trade documentation, payment processes, risk management, and working capital management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze business, customer, and market data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
• Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions to develop customer-facing skills.
• Assist in account planning, sales support activities, proposal preparation, and business development projects.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to assigned projects and present recommendations to management.
• Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to professional development.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business, Agriculture, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
• Interest in data analytics, AI, automation, and digital tools that improve business performance and decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to different business environments.
• A proactive attitude, strong learning agility, and willingness to take on new challenges.
