Technical Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Support to the Sales Team – including Joint Sales Calls.

• As part of the Sales Process, identify business development opportunities.

• Provide Training to the Sales Team and Customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving product problem

.• Actively update, maintain product and application knowledge.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrument and Control)

• 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical technical background or related field.

.• Excellent active listening skills and customer service skills.

• The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.

• The ability to remain professional under pressure.

• Fluent English

• Have an experience and knowledge in LV .

• Have a good Attitude.
