Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Merit Medical seeks a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist in Bangkok to manage order processing, inventory coordination, and import/export operations. The role bridges customer service and supply chain execution, working across local hospitals, distributors, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end local orders including PO issuance, quotation support, and credit checking
• Coordinate shipment arrangements, import/export documentation, and inventory adjustments with third-party providers
• Manage customer inquiries, order tracking, and complaints for hospitals and local distributors in Thailand
• Reconcile sales data, prepare invoices and credit notes, and maintain master data accuracy
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and liaise with regional SEA teams on operational alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• 2–3 years of supply chain and logistics operations experience
• ERP system proficiency; Oracle or SAP experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent spoken English
• Healthcare or medical device multinational company experience advantageous
