รายละเอียดงาน
-ให้บริการข้อมูลการอายัดบัตรและคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับบัตร ATM ของธนาคารทางโทรศัพท์ (ไม่ใช่งานขาย)
-รับเรื่องร้องเรียนหรือปัญหาจากลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวกับระบบงาน Software, Hardware เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
-ประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องผ่านช่องทาง E-Mail
- ทำงาน 8ชม./วัน ทำ 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน (วันหยุดไม่ตรงกับวันเสาร์-วันอาทิตย์)
เวลาการทำงานดังนี้ (มีค่ากะให้)
เริ่ม 07.00 - 16.00 น.//เริ่ม 13.00 - 22.00 น.// กะ 4 เริ่ม 22.00 - 07.00 น.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- จบการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- รักงานบริการ และสามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- ทักษะการประสานงานและการเจรจาเป็นเยี่ยม
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
