JD Import
1. Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion.
2. Co-ordinate with sales/customer/ and overseas agent & Key account for obtaining shipment
instruction and follow the SOP requirements.
3. Co-ordinate with customer/carrier/supplier and related department for import process.
4. Follow up order with CPL overseas, Agent and keep customer informed of the cargo movement.
5. Handle all relevant import documents.(Arrival Notice, D/O, Freight invoice, POD etc)
6. Take personal responsibilities for solving problem, To follows up request and / or problems that
customer’s experience.
7. Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives.
8. Recheck debit/credit from overseas & complete Billing to customer, overseas agent & all vendors.
9. Provide additional services beyond the call of duties.
10. As assigned by Team Leader / Manager.

JD Export
1. Co-ordinate with customers / carriers / suppliers and related departments for export process and
handle shipments as per sales / customers and overseas agents’ instruction.
2. Contact carrier for contract rate, space & Equipment and booking.
3. Create job files and issue reconciliation sheet after shipment completion..
4. Promptly communicate, provide information clearly to customer without any late response.
5. Check quality and accuracy of works to meet company standard and objectives.
6. Follow up and handle shipments for smooth operation as per customers / sales and CPL overseas /
agents’ instruction from A-Z as well as fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
to meet customers / agents’ requirements.
7. Take personal responsibilities for daily solving problems and follow up the request and / or
problems that customer’s experience

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

1. Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years’ experience on Freight Forwarder Strong background in Freight forwarding, Shipping or Logistics field
2. Basic computer knowledge / skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, S.P.O.T. know-how and ability to demonstrate internally / externally
3. Fluent in English language
