Sales Manager, THV

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Sales Manager for its Transcatheter Heart Valve business in Bangkok to lead a sales team, manage territory performance, and drive adoption of cardiac device solutions among healthcare providers and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach territory/account managers to meet sales targets in assigned regions
• Directly promote and sell THV product portfolio to existing and prospective customers
• Develop and execute short- and long-term territory and account strategies
• Support complex sales activities and build relationships with key clinical decision-makers
• Apply cardiovascular medical knowledge to align solutions with customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years managing sales teams in medical devices
• Demonstrated success in people management and team sales performance
• Regional sales experience
• Background in patient activation, reimbursements, or market development
• Knowledge of cardiac devices, interventional procedures, or operating room environments preferred
