THE POSITION
D-EDGE is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join its commercial organisation with a sharp focus on the Thailand market. This is a fully dedicated outbound prospecting role. The ideal candidate is a natural connector who thrives on opening doors, sparking conversations, and turning cold outreach into warm opportunities that fuel our growth in Thailand.
You will be responsible for reaching out to hotels in Thailand that match D-EDGE's ideal client profile, introducing our suite of technology and digital marketing solutions designed to drive hotel revenue and productivity. This is not a passive lead-handling role — we are looking for a self-motivated hunter who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls daily and thrives on building pipeline from scratch.
Strong communication skills in Thai are essential, and the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone with hotel decision-makers is critical to success in this position.
Responsibilities
• Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls daily, targeting hotels across Thailand
• Identify, research and prioritise target hotels based on D-EDGE's ideal client profile
• Qualify decision-makers and uncover pain points and needs through structured discovery
• Schedule first meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in Salesforce
• Provide the sales team with relevant prospect insights to support effective deal follow-ups and presentation preparation
• Provide feedback from the market to help refine messaging and targeting strategies
♂️WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• At least 2 years of experience in high-volume outbound prospecting or telesales
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound call and meeting targets
• Experience with at least one sales methodology (e.g. SPIN, SNAP, Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC or equivalent)
• Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel
• Industry experience in SaaS, digital marketing or hospitality is a strong advantage
• Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Able to engage and build rapport with multiple stakeholders across hotel organisations
Languages
• Native or fluent Thai — essential for engaging with local hotel contacts
• Good command of English for internal communication and reporting
