Field Service Engineering Specialist

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer equipment and systems.
• Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor service performance and labor productivity to drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Role Purpose

• Ensure field service operations are delivered in accordance with company standards.
• Support customer requirements with timely and effective solutions.
• Improve service quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant field service or technical support experience.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of company systems and service-related applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English communication.
