About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong.

Role Overview

The BOI Officer manages all BOI-related submissions and approvals end-to-end: raw material lists, BOM, machinery clearance, customs duty refunds, expat work permits and BOI documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit raw-material lists and BOM (BOI formula) in line with BOI conditions.
• Process raw-material, machinery and equipment release under BOI privileges.
• Prepare and submit raw-material reconciliations; adjust balances to actual usage.
• Prepare and submit BOI document approvals per company policy and procedures.
• Process approval to return raw materials, machinery or equipment overseas.
• Process approval to scrap raw materials or losses (in-formula and out-of-formula).
• Process approval to bring in foreign technicians, specialists or experts.
• Process import/export tax refunds; coordinate with relevant authorities.
• Liaise with BOI, Customs and other government agencies.
• Maintain BOI documentation systematically and audit-ready.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years' BOI experience.
• Detail-oriented, trustworthy, with strong accountability.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Chinese language skills are a plus (not required).

What's on Offer

• Salary: THB 30,000 – 50,000 per month (negotiable)
• Working days: 5+1 per week

BOI Officer ดูแลการยื่นและขออนุมัติเรื่อง BOI ทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่บัญชีรายการวัตถุดิบ BOM การปล่อยเครื่องจักร การคืนภาษีนำเข้า–ส่งออก ใบอนุญาตทำงานชาวต่างชาติ และเอกสาร BOI

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• จัดทำและยื่นบัญชีรายการวัตถุดิบ สูตรการผลิต (BOM / สูตร BOI) ตามเงื่อนไข BOI
• ดำเนินการสั่งปล่อยวัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ ภายใต้สิทธิประโยชน์ BOI
• จัดทำและยื่นตัดบัญชีวัตถุดิบ ปรับยอดให้ตรงกับการใช้งานจริง
• เตรียมและยื่นขออนุมัติเอกสาร BOI ตามนโยบายบริษัท
• จัดทำและยื่นขออนุมัติการส่งคืนวัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ไปต่างประเทศ
• จัดทำและยื่นขออนุมัติการทำลายวัตถุดิบหรือส่วนสูญเสีย ทั้งในและนอกสูตรการผลิต
• จัดทำและยื่นขออนุญาตนำช่างฝีมือ ผู้ชำนาญการ หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่างชาติเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักร
• ดำเนินการขอคืนภาษีนำเข้า–ส่งออก และประสานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสานงาน BOI กรมศุลกากร และหน่วยงานราชการอื่น ๆ
• จัดเก็บเอกสาร BOI อย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมต่อการตรวจสอบ
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรี
• ประสบการณ์ด้านงาน BOI อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• ละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
• ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• หากสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ไม่บังคับ)

สิ่งที่จะได้รับ

• เงินเดือน 30,000 – 50,000 บาท /เดือน (พิจารณาตามความสามารถ)
• ทำงาน 5+1 วัน/สัปดาห์
