Job Purpose

The Thailand Experience Manager for Vaseline is responsible for leading the end-to-end consumer experience agenda across content, digital, media, and commerce touchpoints. This role partners closely with Brand, Content, Media, eCommerce, and agency teams to translate brand strategy into impactful consumer experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering integrated campaigns and content experiences across Vaseline's key portfolios while ensuring all initiatives are consumer-centric, data-driven, and commerce-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Experience & Campaign Management

• Lead the development and execution of integrated consumer experience plans across digital, social, media, and commerce channels.
• Translate brand objectives into compelling consumer journeys across the full funnel.
• Drive campaign excellence from planning and execution through to optimization and performance evaluation.
• Ensure a consistent consumer experience across all touchpoints.

Content & Consumer Experience

• Partner closely with the Content Manager to deliver content and experience through a unified approach.
• Develop locally relevant content ecosystems that resonate with consumers.
• Ensure all content assets are optimized for platform requirements, audience needs, and commerce objectives.
• Leverage consumer insights and performance data to enhance content effectiveness.

Digital & Commerce Excellence

• Drive digital-first execution across all Vaseline initiatives.
• Ensure campaigns and assets are commerce-ready and conversion-focused.
• Collaborate with media, eCommerce, and agency partners to maximize campaign performance.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Brand, Content, Media, PR, eCommerce, and external agencies to deliver integrated plans.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Work closely with regional and global teams where required.

Performance Management

• Track and analyze campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
• Generate actionable insights from content, media, and commerce data.
• Apply learnings to continuously improve future campaigns and consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Experience, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or Integrated Marketing.
• Experience within Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare, FMCG, Wellness, or Consumer Goods categories preferred.
• Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and commerce channels.
• Experience working with creative, media, content, and digital agencies.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of content ecosystems, consumer journeys, and digital platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
