ปัจจุบัน LINE MAN Wongnai ขยายกิจการเข้าสู่ ธุรกิจเสริมความงาม ทันตกรรม และ ร้านค้าบริการ เช่น ร้านนวด/สปา หรือ ร้านบิวตี้ ภายใต้แบรนด์ JERA เพื่อรองรับกับการขยายกิจการครั้งนี้ ทางบริษัทจึงเปิดรับ JERA Sales Executive มีหน้าที่ติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้าที่เป็นคลินิกหรือเจ้าของร้านค้าบริการ เพื่อนัดพบ นำเสนอ และ เชิญชวนให้มาใช้ระบบ JERA Cloud รวมถึงดำเนินการส่งมอบ และติดตั้งระบบ จนกระทั่งลูกค้าใช้งานระบบได้สำเร็จ
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- ออกพบลูกค้า (Sales On-site) เพื่อนำเสนอโปรแกรม POS สำหรับคลินิกทันตกรรม คลินิกความงาม คลินิกประเภทอื่น ๆ ร้านเสริมสวย ร้านสปา และธุรกิจบริการต่าง ๆ
- ศึกษาและเข้าใจธุรกิจความงาม/บริการ เพื่อนำเสนอ Solution ที่ตรงความต้องการ
- ติดตามวัดผล ผลักดันให้ลูกค้าใช้ Wongnai POS เป็นอุปกรณ์หลักของร้าน
- จัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ ข้อมูล ตั้งค่าระบบ ส่งมอบ Wongnai POS ที่พร้อมใช้งาน ให้ลูกค้าได้รับประสบการณ์ครั้งแรกที่ดีที่สุด
- ประสานงานกับ support team เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้า after sale ครบวงจร
- แนะนำและขาย product อื่นๆ ของบริษัท เช่น อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ หรือ โปรแกรมส่วนเสริม ที่เหมาะสมให้แก่ลูกค้าที่ได้เข้าไปพบ
- ช่วยงานโครงการอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ปวส. หรือ ป.ตรี (เปิดรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- มีประสบการณ์ขาย 1–2 ปี (ด้านซอฟต์แวร์, POS หรือธุรกิจบริการ/ความงาม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจา มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ และใจรักบริการที่ดีมาก
- มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการรับมือกับความท้าทาย
- ใช้เทคโนโลยีคล่องแคล่ว ทักษะการใช้ computer และ internet ในระดับดี (มีความรู้เรื่องเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เนต IP และ Wifi)
- มีรถยนต์หรือรถจักรยานยนต์ สามารถออกพบลูกค้าได้
