Project Management Executive (Data Labelling)

1. Project Lifecycle & Operations Management

• Requirement Gathering & Planning: Collect, evaluate, and synthesize complex project requirements into clear, actionable operational execution plans in alignment with internal stakeholder objectives.
• Resource & Timeline Governance: Oversee end-to-end project schedules, financial allocations, team quality benchmarks, and manpower distribution to guarantee on-time deliverable execution.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Serve as a central communication bridge to facilitate seamless coordination between content moderation teams, quality assurance leads, and internal business departments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, audit trails, and periodic executive progress reports to track operational milestones.
• Client Satisfaction Strategy: Formulate and deploy client-centric strategies designed to elevate satisfaction metrics, operational transparency, and long-term retention.

2. Contractor & Content Moderator Management

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assess project-specific staffing requirements, design targeted recruitment strategies, conduct structured interviews, and manage background verification processes to onboard qualified contractor talent.
• Workflow Integration: Direct the complete onboarding lifecycle—including corporate orientations, policy training, and seamless integration into active project workflows.
• Performance Optimization & Quality Control: Continuously audit contractor outputs against established SLAs, enforce operational guidelines, and execute multi-tiered Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to maintain high accuracy and data consistency.
• Feedback & Mentorship: Provide ongoing operational support, conduct regular performance reviews, and deliver constructive feedback loops to optimize overall workforce efficiency.

3. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Process Optimization: Audit existing data labeling and content moderation workflows to diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement systemic process enhancements.
• Industry Alignment: Stay informed on global content moderation frameworks, AI-assisted labeling trends, and industry best practices to introduce scalable, innovative operational solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in project management, operations coordination, data analysis, or a closely related functional field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a robust understanding of operational statistics, data interpretation, and workflow metrics.
• Advanced expertise in MS Excel (complex functions, data modeling) and data analysis tools. Direct proficiency in enterprise project management platforms (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) is considered a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail, high reliability, and a proven track record of rapid learning agility and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in English , with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex operational concepts, technical guidelines, and project metrics clearly to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
