IT Talent Acquisition Lead (Technology/Outsourcing), Bangkok

Award winning Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading IT services and technology consulting company, which operates across multiple countries and focuses on digital transformation, software development, data analytics, cloud solutions, AI, automation, CRM systems, and managed IT services.

IT Talent Acquisition Lead will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, drive hiring strategies, and build a high-performing recruitment team. The role will be in shaping and executing talent acquisition strategies to support business growth and ensure a strong pipeline of top IT talent.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets aligned with business objectives

• Design and implement effective, scalable talent acquisition strategies and workforce plans

• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions

• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and ensure an excellent end-to-end candidate experience

• Facilitate and lead recruitment meetings, projects, and key hiring initiatives

• Mentor, coach, and support the development of team members to enhance performance and engagement

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Extensive years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT/Tech outsourcing and recruitment

• Established experience in Lead or Senior roles with responsibility for team leadership and management

• Proficient level in English
